I haven’t received my confirmation email?
After purchase you will receive an email with confirmation. If the confirmation email is not in your inbox it may have found it’s way into your junk folder.
What is the cost of shipping?
We charge a nominal shipping fee of £2.99, aiming to keep your purchase affordable while ensuring safe and timely delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to the UK typically takes 7-15 business days to arrive. More information on delivery times can be found here
Do you accept returns?
Yes! we offer a 14 day return policy. We feel this is plenty of time once you have received your shirt to initiate a return. You can initiate the return by emailing us on info@soccerstudio.co.uk
can i cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we have not already processed your order, this is normally 24-48 hours after purchase.
What do I do if i receive a faulty shirt?
In the rare occasion you do receive a faulty shirt please contact us on info@soccerstudio.co.uk we can then assist you further.
What are the shirts made out of?
The majority of our shirts are 100% polyester. We work with the best manufacturers to ensure a consistent high standard across our range.
